In accordance with Swedish and European Union law, and by agreement with Dassault Systèmes, Tangix is restricted to only process personal data for which Dassault Systèmes is the Controller in accordance with Dassault Systèmes instructions.

The purpose of GDPR is to provide greater protection and rights to individuals regarding their personal data. Your exam results are kept for a minimum of two years after the exam was taken. For statistical purposes your exam results will be stored in anonymous form even after your account has been deleted.

When you access this website, temporary cookies will be used to keep track of your movement through the site. Browser information and your IP-address are logged. Unless you have created an account no personal information is kept.

If you create and account you consent to storing and processing of your personal data. We store this data to be able to deliver the services you are entitled to. This includes running exams, accessing results and downloading your certificates.

Please note that Tangix acts as Processor of your personal data and requests should be directed to the Controller of the data as specified in Tangix Privacy Policy below.

In additional to the information you enter we also record and for statistics store:

• Data about the exam. We record what questions you have received, your answers to the questions, time when starting and ending the exam, your score and the number of times the exam window has been activated.
• Public IP-address and OS version of your computer - for troubleshooting and security reasons
• When running an exam using the Tangix TesterPRO software, extensive information may be logged to a local text-file that can be sent to Tangix for support. The information in this text-file is not automatically uploaded
